MSO World Wide Charity Simultaneous Pairs
22 & 23 August 2000

What will be on the Site ?

What will be shown on Internet?

Your local club rankings and the overall rankings will go up first - very soon after the first clubs upload their results. These are likely to be clubs from New Zealand.

Then later on (after all the heats have finished play) you will be able to see your local club frequencies and the overall frequencies. This is likely to be at about 11.00 GMT the next day, with a club in Alaska being the very last to compete!

If you go to http://bridge.ecats.co.uk and click on the link to Sims, you will see the results of some British Simultaneous Pairs, and www.worldbridge.org has the results from the World Wide event held in June 2000

Commentary

The booklet of hands will be distributed to clubs by email and will also be published as an Acrobat file (requiring Acrobat reader which is free from www.Adobe.com) here on the site once all clubs have finished play. The web site will have MUCH more information – and your club members will have the chance to add to it! There will be a full commentary on every board from Brian Senior, and we hope that if any member of your club has a major triumph (or even a disaster) on a board, they will email us and tell us about it so that we can include their comments on the site.

These pages will be of interest to many people who don’t even play in the event … but much more fun if you do, because you can watch the scores changing as the results come in.
